Quad biking through the Yemen Valley takes you into terrain you’d never otherwise see. Rocky trails, river crossings, mountain views. Guided tours only.

Canyoning in the Black River Gorges combines hiking, swimming, and rappelling down waterfalls. Guided only. Requires reasonable fitness.

Via Ferrata at La Vallée des Couleurs lets you climb cliff faces using fixed cables and rungs. Adventure for those uncomfortable with free climbing.
